  • Return of Deposits: Every company has to file return of deposit if they have accepted any kind of loan from its directors, shareholders and such transactions as per Companies (Acceptance of Deposits) Rules, 2014
  • Return of MSME: The company shall submit a half yearly return to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs by stating the details of the amount of payment due to Micro and Small Enterprise Suppliers along with the reason of delay.
